Beaumaris Life Saving Club (BLSC) is a family focused club providing a safe environment to learn water skills and have fun. We have a popular Nippers Program from ages 5 and above. We provide a small, friendly community feel – that is the BLSC difference.
Many of our teenage members serve as qualified members holding qualifications such as the Surf Life Saving Certificate, Bronze Medallion, IRB Crew and Driver Awards and Senior First Aid.
Our main mission is to patrol the local Beaumaris Beach from Ricketts Point to Table Rock. We help the people who use the beach throughout the summer months.
Our second mission is to train members in swimming and lifesaving skills such as water safety, resuscitation, radio communications, rescue techniques, as well as boat, ski and board techniques.
Picnic en Blanc - 17th Feb Imagine a balmy night under the stars, jazz music playing in the background, catching up with friends and family over a picnic near the sea. Everyone is dressed in white, the tables are decorated with flowers and the drinks are flowing...
Due to Covid we can’t do our annual Tin Shake but we still rely on YOUR generous donations to help our life saving club run through the season.

BLSC occupies one of the best beaches on the bay. Secluded, with fabulous uninterrupted views, it is a great venue for parties, gatherings and meetings. We regularly host local schools, community groups, small businesses, fairs, fitness classes and family functions.
